Condition
Some customers may comment that there is no audio from the entertainment system. The time display may not change when radio stations or settings are adjusted, also. The Tech 2 may not be able to communicate with the amplifier.
Correction
Important: Replace the amplifier only if a communications failure has been verified with the Tech 2. If the Tech 2 can communicate with the amplifier, then further entertainment system diagnosis will be necessary.
Replace the radio speaker amplifier, P/N 25708822. Refer to the replacement procedure in the Entertainment sub-section of the Body and Accessories section of the Service Manual (SI2000 Document ID #554710).
