Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to SIR Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Disable the SIR. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling or SIR Disabling and Enabling in SIR.
  2. Remove the seat cushion assembly. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 401802 Size: SH
  3. Remove the remaining seat cushion cover J channels from the seat bottom frame.
  4. Remove the seat cushion cover.
  5. Remove the seat cushion pad.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the seat cushion pad.

    2. Object Number: 401802 Size: SH
  2. Install the seat cushion cover onto the seat cushion foam.
  3. Install the seat cushion cover J channels to the seat cushion frame.
  4. Cut the hole for the seat switches, if necessary.
  5. Install the seat cushion assembly. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  6. Enable the SIR. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling or SIR Disabling and Enabling in SIR.
