Radio Speaker Amplifier Replacement UX9
Removal Procedure
- Remove the rear seat back. Refer to
Rear Seat Back Replacement
in Seats.
- Remove the radio amplifier connectors
from the radio amplifier.
- Remove the fasteners retaining the radio amplifier.
- Remove the radio amplifier from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the radio amplifier to the
vehicle.
- Install the radio amplifier connectors to the radio amplifier.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.
- Install the radio amplifier fasteners.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
- Install the rear seat back. Refer to
Rear Seat Back Replacement
in Seats.
Radio Speaker Amplifier Replacement w/o UX9
Removal Procedure
- Remove the rear seat back. Refer to
Rear Seat Back Replacement
in Seats.
- Remove the radio amplifier connectors from the radio amplifier.
- Remove the fasteners retaining the radio amplifier.
- Remove the rear compartment trim. Refer
to
Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement
in Body Rear End.
- Remove the bay board fasteners (2).
- Remove the bay board (1) in order to allow the necessary
clearance to remove the radio amplifier.
- Remove the radio amplifier from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the radio amplifier to the vehicle.
- Install the radio amplifier connectors to the radio amplifier.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.
- Install the radio amplifier fasteners.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
- Install the bay board (1).
- Install the bay board fasteners (2).
Tighten
Tighten the bay board fasteners (2) to 9 N·m(80 lb in).
- Install the rear compartment trim. Refer to
Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement
in Body Rear End.
- Install the rear seat back. Refer to
Rear Seat Back Replacement
in Seats.
