Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 751048 Size: SH
  1. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .
  2. Remove the left console trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Disconnect the radio antenna extension cable (2).

    4. Object Number: 827574 Size: SH
  4. Cut off the radio end of the radio extension cable (1).
  5. Disengage the extension clip from the instrument panel carrier.

    6. Important: Note the routing of the antenna extension cable through the instrument panel carrier before removal.

  6. Pull the radio antenna extension cable from the instrument panel (I/P) harness.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 827574 Size: SH
  1. Route the antenna extension cable (1) next to the I/P harness, through the I/P carrier to the radio opening, as noted during removal.

    2. Object Number: 751048 Size: SH
  2. Connect the antenna extension cable (2).
  3. Tie strap the antenna extension cable to the I/P harness.
  4. Install the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .
  5. Install the left console trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
