The steering column module provides a 5 volt reference voltage to the tilt position sensor circuit and the telescope position sensor circuit. The steering column module has a designated circuit that monitors the 5 volt reference voltage.
The steering column module is ON.
The DTC will set as current when the voltage is out of the range of 4.6 volts to 5.2 volts for 1.2 seconds.
Memory recall functions for the steering column module will be disabled.
• | The DTC will clear from the current status when the voltage is within the range of 4.6 volts to 5.2 volts for 1.2 seconds |
• | Use a scan tool. |
