Tools Required

J 37097-A Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Engine Cooling.



2. Use the J 37097-A in order to remove the heater hose clamps from the heater core.
3. Use the J 37097-A in order to remove the heater hose clamps from the engine.



4. Remove the heater hoses from the heater core.



5. Remove the heater hoses from the engine.
6. Remove the heater hoses.

Tools Required

1. Install the heater hoses to the engine.



2. Install the heater hoses to the heater core.



3. Use the J 37097-A in order to install the heater hose clamps to the engine.
4. Use the J 37097-A in order to install the heater hose clamps to the heater core.
5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Engine Cooling.
