Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2004 🢒 XLR 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls - 4.6L (LH2) 🢒 Fuel Pump Control Module Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left wheelhouse liner panel. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement in Body Rear End.

    2. Object Number: 931900 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the fuel pump module electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 931761 Size: SH
  3. Remove the nut (2) securing the fuel pump module (3) to the vehicle.
  4. Remove the fuel pump module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 931761 Size: SH
  1. Insert the alignment tabs (4) of the fuel pump module (3) into the slots (5) in the body panel.
  2. Position the fuel pump module (3) over the body attachment stud (1).
  3. Install the nut (2) to the attachment stud (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  4. Connect the electrical connector to the fuel pump module.
  5. Install the wheelhouse liner panel. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement in Body Rear End.
