Intermittent SIR Lamp and DTC B0066 - kw body code electrical indicator inoperative light LH2 MIL seat seatbelt switch 4.6

When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

Some customers may state that intermittently the SIR lamp comes on solid or flashes while driving. A current or history code B0066 may be set in the SDM.

Check for a pinched wiring harness at the drivers side seat track area, 3 inches from the left seat belt pre-tensioner. Follow published wiring repair procedures and re-route the harness for better clearance.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
