The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may comment that the Auto Recall or Exit Recall feature(s) is inoperative for the driver's seat. Further inspection may reveal that the DIC does not display this feature(s) to select on or off. Power seat functions operate normally.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Replace the Drivers Memory Seat Position module and evaluate.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
