Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2005 🢒 XLR 🢒 Body 🢒 Lighting Systems 🢒 Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) Ambient Light Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

    2. Object Number: 1224692 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector to the ambient light sensor.
  3. Twist to release the daytime running lamps (DRL) sensor from the I/P trim pad.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1224692 Size: SH
  1. Twist to secure the DRL sensor to the I/P trim pad
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the DRL sensor.
  3. Install the I/P trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
