Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Driver and Passenger Seat Replacement.
2. Remove the front seat back cushion insert. Refer to Driver Seat Back Insert Cover Pad Replacement or Passenger Seat Back Insert Cover Pad Replacement.
3. Remove the front seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Driver Seat Cushion Pad Replacement or Passenger Seat Cushion Pad Replacement.

Lumbar Subsystem Tie Strap (Qty: 2)

Tip
Cut the tie straps that retain the pump to the torque tube under the seat to remove and install with new tie straps.

Lumbar Subsystem

Procedure

1. Disconnect the lumbar subsystem assembly from the seat back frame and lumbar support.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Remove the tie straps attaching the pump to the torque tube under the seat.

Remove the control module by unhooking the J strips from the seat cushion support wires.

4. Remove the pump, control module and bladder as an assembly for service.
