Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the knee bolster trim panel. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

    2. Object Number: 1237178 Size: SH
  2. Remove the 2 retaining screws from the microphone.
  3. Remove the microphone from the knee bolster trim panel.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the microphone to the knee bolster trim panel.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1237178 Size: SH
  2. Install the 2 retaining screws to the microphone.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  3. Install the knee bolster trim panel. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
