Removal Procedure
  1. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  2. Remove the capstick from the power steering fluid reservoir.

    3. Object Number: 1334640 Size: SH
  3. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir from the power steering fluid reservoir bracket.
  4. Remove the following components from the power steering fluid reservoir:
    5. • The power steering reservoir outlet pipe/hose. Refer to Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement .
    • The power steering return hose. Refer to Power Steering Return Hose Replacement .
  5. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the power steering fluid reservoir to the vehicle.
  2. Install the following components to the power steering fluid reservoir:
    3. • The power steering reservoir outlet pipe/hose. Refer to Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement .
    • The power steering return hose. Refer to Power Steering Return Hose Replacement .

    Object Number: 1334640 Size: SH
  3. Install the power steering fluid reservoir to the power steering fluid reservoir bracket.
  4. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
