Power Window(s) Reverses During Express Close - keywords down driver glass intermittent passenger switch up window

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Power windows may reverse during the express close function. This is due to the door window contact to A pillar weather-strip. This contact creates the need for too much up force and the window will reverse as if it was obstructed.

Adjust door glass by slightly tipping the top of the window outward. Adjust in small increments so not to induce a wind noise or water leak. Reinitialize power windows and re-evaluate window operation.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
