The body control module (BCM) activates the backup lamps for 5 seconds when you select ON. This applies to vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions only.

Headlamp Motor Test

The headlamp control module moves the headlamp motors left for 5 seconds when you select LEFT, then centers the motors. The headlamp control module moves the headlamp motors right for 5 seconds when you select RIGHT, then centers the motors.

Stop Lamp Relay Control

The BCM activates the stop lamps for 5 seconds when you select ON.
