Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat. Refer to Driver and Passenger Seat Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1276250 Size: SH
  2. Remove the seat belt buckle and pretensioner from the seat frame.
  3. Remove the passenger seat finish panel. Refer to Passenger Seat Outer Finish Panel Replacement .
  4. Remove the passenger seat rear panel bracket. Refer to Passenger Seat Rear Panel Bracket Replacement .

    5. Object Number: 1335205 Size: SH
  5. Remove the retaining clips which secure the cushion cover to the seat frame.
  6. Remove the cover from the seat.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1335205 Size: SH
  1. Position the trim cover over the seat cushion foam.
  2. Install the cover to the seat frame.
  3. Install the attaching retainers from the cover to the seat frame.
  4. Install the rear flap ends together. Engage the hook and the loop.
  5. Install the passenger seat rear panel bracket. Refer to Passenger Seat Rear Panel Bracket Replacement .
  6. Install the passenger seat finish panel. Refer to Passenger Seat Outer Finish Panel Replacement .

    7. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  7. Install the seat belt buckle and the pretensioner to the seat frame.

    8. Tighten
    Tighten the mounting nut to 40 N·m (29 lb ft).

  8. Install the seat. Refer to Driver and Passenger Seat Replacement .

    9. Caution: To avoid personal injuries, re-zero the passenger presence system whenever you remove or replace the seat cushion or trim. Failure to do so may cause the system to malfunction.

  9. Re-zero the inflatable restraint passenger presence system whenever the seat cushion or any component of the passenger presence system is removed. Refer to Passenger Presence System Programming and Setup .
