Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 932043 Size: SH
  2. Remove the intermediate exhaust pipe hanger lower bolts (3).

    3. Object Number: 932046 Size: SH
  3. Remove the left and right exhaust manifold nuts (2).
  4. Lower the front of the intermediate exhaust pipe (1).
  5. Remove the exhaust seal (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 932046 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW exhaust seal (3).
  2. Raise the front of the intermediate exhaust pipe (1).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the left and right exhaust manifold nuts (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the exhaust pipe hanger lower bolts (3).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust pipe hanger bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  5. Lower the vehicle.
