The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Some customers may comment that their vehicles battery will be dead at times. It is important prior to diagnostics to understand when and where the customer has a concern. Further it is important to question the customer on driving habits and acknowledge any electrical device or accessory the customer may have installed that requires the vehicles battery power for use. The diagnostic information below may assist a technician to isolate a few key areas of battery drain on these vehicles.
Please follow the diagnostic flow chart below. Please be sure that the Bulletins and PI were performed prior to performing diagnostics below.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
