The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may comment that the clock on the Navigation Radio is inaccurate by 1 hour. This may be due to a concern within the Navigation Radio.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Currently, the only repair is to set the clock to "GPS Time". This can be accomplished by selecting the "Clock Adjust Screen" and then press the "GPS Time" button. Now the clock will update with GPS time. Engineering is continuing to investigate this issue. This PI will be updated with the repair information once it becomes available.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
