For 1990-2009 cars only
- Install the bell housing.
- Install the bell housing bolts and tighten to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
- Install the right engine flywheel housing cover.
- Install the right engine flywheel housing cover bolts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Install the left engine flywheel housing cover.
- Install the left engine mount bracket.
- Install the left engine mount bracket bolts and tighten to 58 N·m (43 lb ft).
- Install the engine mount heat shield to the engine mount.
- Install the left engine mount.
- Install the left engine mount upper nut and tighten to 58 N·m (43 lb ft).
- Install the left exhaust manifold studs to the left cylinder head. Tighten the exhaust manifold studs to 6 N·m (53 lb in).
- Install the NEW left exhaust manifold gasket.
- Install the left exhaust manifold.
- Install the left exhaust manifold bolts to the left cylinder head and bell housing.
- Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts in the sequence shown. Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
- Tighten the left exhaust manifold bolt to the bell housing and tighten to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
- Install the left exhaust manifold heat shield.
- Install the left exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
