Removal Procedure
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling.

    2. Object Number: 1226200 Size: SH
  2. Remove the retaining bolts from the inflatable restraint front end sensor.
  3. Remove the sensor from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1226200 Size: SH
  1. Install the sensor from the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the retaining bolts to the inflatable restraint front end sensor and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
  3. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling.
