Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 65137 Size: SH
  1. Remove the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the horn assembly electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 65138 Size: SH
  3. Remove the horn assembly bolt.
  4. Remove the horn assembly from the skid bar.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 65138 Size: SH
  1. Position the horn assembly to the skid bar.

    2. Install the aligning tab on the horn assembly into the hole on the skid bar.

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the horn assembly bolt and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

    3. Object Number: 65137 Size: SH
  3. Connect the horn assembly electrical connector.
  4. Install the wheelhouse panel. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
