Removal Procedure
  1. Open the console door.

    2. Object Number: 1224732 Size: SH
  2. Remove the console bin hinge cover. Pull at the rear of the cover to disengage the retainer.
  3. Remove the screws retaining the console door to the door hinge.

    4. Object Number: 1277226 Size: SH
  4. Remove the console retaining nuts at the hinge.
  5. Remove the door and the hinge from the console.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1277226 Size: SH
  1. Position the console door and the hinge to the console.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the nuts retaining the door hinge to the console and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 1224732 Size: SH
  3. Install the screws retaining the door and the hinge to the console and tighten to 1.9 N·m (17 lb in).
  4. Install the console hinge cover to the console bin.
  5. Close the console door. Verify for proper fit and latch operation.
