Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 1334646 Size: SH
  2. Remove the power steering pressure hose from the power steering pump.
  3. Remove the power steering pressure hose from the power steering gear.

    4. Object Number: 1334629 Size: SH
  4. Remove the power steering pressure hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1334629 Size: SH
  1. Install the power steering pressure hose to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the power steering pressure hose to the power steering gear and tighten the fitting to 27 N·m (20 lb ft).

    3. Object Number: 1334646 Size: SH
  3. Install the power steering pressure hose to the power steering pump and tighten the fitting to 27 N·m (20 lb ft).
  4. Lower the vehicle.
  5. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding.
