Front Side Door Air Duct and Outlet Replacement for Cadillac XLR 2009

1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement.



2. Remove the screws attaching the duct.
3. Remove the duct with the boot and the deflector.
4. Remove the deflector from the duct.

1. Install the deflector to the duct.
2. Install the duct with the boot to the trim panel.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Secure the duct with screws to the door trim panel and tighten to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).
4. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement.
