Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the trim assembly from the rear compartment panel stowage. Refer to Body Rear Compartment Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1269130 Size: SH
  2. Remove the nuts from the rear object alarm detection module.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Remove the module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1269130 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Align the module to the bracket.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the nuts to the rear object alarm detection module and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
  4. Install the trim assembly to the rear compartment panel stowage. Refer to Body Rear Compartment Replacement.
