THIS BULLETIN SUPPLEMENTS 91C33 ISSUED JANUARY, 1994. THE CLAIM INFORMATION SECTION HAS BEEN REVISED. SPECIFICALLY, TWO (2) LABOR OPERATIONS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO ACCOMMODATE VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH OTHER THAN FACTORY SEATS INSTALLED. A NEW CLAIM MATRIX IS PRINTED BELOW.

IN ADDITION, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SERVICE PROCEDURE IS ONLY TO BE PERFORMED ON THE ADJUSTER SIDE OF THE FRONT SEATS.

** The "Parts Allowance" should be the sum total of the current GMSPO Dealer Net price plus 30% for all parts required for the repair.

Dealers will automatically receive the correct labor and material allowance based on the labor operation performed.
