Did you perform the Instrument Cluster System Check?

Go to Instrument Cluster System Check

1. Unfasten the left hand (LH) safety belt.
2. Remove the audio alarm module from the convenience center. Refer to Multifunction Alarm Module Replacement .
3. Connect a fused jumper form the audio alarm module CKT 234 (YEL) cavity K3 in the convenience center to CKT 39 (PNK) cavity K4.

Does the fasten safety belts indicator light?

1. Disconnect the instrument cluster.
2. Use an ohmmeter in order to test CKT 234 (YEL) for continuity between the instrument cluster and the convenience center connectors.

Is there any continuity?

Go to Step 6

Go to Step 5

Replace the audio alarm module. Refer to Multifunction Alarm Module Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Instrument Cluster System Check

--

Repair the open in CKT 234 (YEL) between the convenience center and the instrument cluster.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Instrument Cluster System Check

--

Inspect for an open in CKT 750 (BLK) between the instrument cluster and ground G110.

Did you find an open?

--

Go to Step 8

Go to Step 7

Replace the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Repair the open in CKT 750 (BLK) between the instrument cluster and ground G110.
