Did you perform the Outside Mirrors System Check?

Go to Outside Mirrors System Check

1. Disconnect the RH outside power mirror.
2. Connect a test lampJ 35616-200 from CKT 90 (GRY) cavity E at the RH outside power mirror to ground.
3. Place the selector switch in the RH mirror position.
4. Press the switch to the LEFT position.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

1. Using a test lampJ 35616-200 backprobe CKT 90 (GRY) cavity C at the Outside Rear View Remote Control Switch to ground.
2. Press the switch to the left position.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Replace the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Outside Mirrors System Check

--

Locate and repair an open in CKT 90 (GRY) between the RH outside mirror and the outside rearview mirror control switch.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Outside Mirrors System Check

--

Replace the outside rearview mirror control switch. Refer to Power Accessory Switch Panel Replacement .
