Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 323619 Size: SH
  2. Remove the lock rod from the lock lever clip (2).

    3. Object Number: 323611 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolts that retain the lever to the door.

    4. Object Number: 323617 Size: SH
  4. Remove the lock lever from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 323617 Size: SH
  1. Install the lock lever to the door.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 323611 Size: SH
  2. Install the bolts that retain the lever to the door.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts that retain the lever to the door to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  3. Inspect the condition of the lock rod retainers.

    4. If the retainers are damaged, replace the retainers.

  4. Install the lock rod to the lock lever clip (2).
  5. Install the trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
