Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement in Body Front End.

    2. Object Number: 316197 Size: SH
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  3. Remove the bracket bolts from the impact bar.
  4. Remove the impact bar from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the impact bar to the brackets.
  2. Install the impact-bar-to-bracket bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the impact-bar-to-bracket bolts to 58 N·m (43 lb ft).

  3. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  4. Install the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement in Body Front End.
