Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 501959 Size: SH
  1. Remove the washer solvent container. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement in Engine Cooling.
  2. Remove the washer hose from the rear washer pump to the rear washer check valve.
  3. Remove the rear washer check valve.
  4. Remove the washer hose from the front washer pump to the front washer check valve.
  5. Remove the front washer check valve.

    6. Object Number: 501958 Size: SH
  6. Remove the front washer hose and strap.

    7. Object Number: 501960 Size: SH
  7. Remove the washer hose connector from the plenum clip.
  8. Remove the RH washer nozzle hose and hose clip.

    9. Object Number: 501961 Size: SH
  9. Remove the LH washer nozzle hose from the two plenum clips.
  10. Remove the LH washer nozzle hose and hose clip.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 501961 Size: SH
  1. Install the LH washer nozzle hose with the hose clip.
  2. Install the LH washer nozzle hose in the two plenum clips.

    3. Object Number: 501960 Size: SH
  3. Install the RH washer nozzle hose with the hose clip.
  4. Install the washer hose connector in the plenum clip.

    5. Object Number: 501958 Size: SH
  5. Install the front washer hose and strap.

    6. Object Number: 501959 Size: SH
  6. Install the front washer check valve.
  7. Install the washer hose from the front washer pump to the front washer check valve.
  8. Install the rear washer check valve.
  9. Install the washer hose from the rear washer pump to the rear washer check valve.
  10. Install the washer solvent container. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement .
