Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. With a scan tool select Instrument Panel Cluster, Special Functions, and command the Security message ON.

Does the Security message turn ON and OFF when commanded?

Go to Step 4

Replace the Instrument Cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement
