Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the center roller track cover (1). Refer to Rear Side Door Center Track Cover Replacement .

  2. Object Number: 324160  Size: SH
  3. Remove the center roller track nuts (2).

  4. Object Number: 324158  Size: SH
  5. Remove the center roller track cover bolt (1).
  6. Remove the roller track (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the roller track (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the bolt (1) that retains the roller track to the vehicle.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt (1) that retains the roller track to 12 N·m (106 lb in).


    Object Number: 324160  Size: SH
  5. Install the nuts (2) that retain the roller track (1) to the vehicle. Ensure that the nuts have new sealing washers in order to help prevent waterleaks.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts (2) that retain the roller track to 7.5 N·m (64 lb in).

  7. Install the center roller track cover.
