The Warranty Parts Center has been looking at wheel speed sensor and hub bearings that have been sent in for warranty claims. Testing has shown that only the sensor is faulty and not the hub. GM Service Parts does sell the sensor, without the hub bearing, for two wheel drive Astro and Safari vans. When diagnosing a wheel speed sensor with a DTC of C0221-C0227, refer to SI Document ID #649912.
