Disassembly Procedure
  1. Remove the upper and lower steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers - Disassemble - Off Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 360577 Size: SH
  2. Pop the wire harness assembly (4) out of the wire harness strap (5).

    3. Remove the 2 wire harness straps (3) from the wire harness assembly (4).

    Remove the wire harness strap (2) from the steering column housing assembly (1).

  3. Remove the SIR coil assembly by doing the following:
    4. 3.1. Remove the retaining ring (1) using the snap ring pliers.
    3.2. Remove the SIR coil assembly (3).
    3.3. Remove the wave washer (2).
