Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 280252 Size: SH
  1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
  2. Disconnect the auxiliary heater rear pipes from the heater core inlet and outlet tubes.
  3. Disconnect the auxiliary heater rear pipes from the front pipes.
  4. Remove the pipe retainers from the body.
  5. Remove the auxiliary heater rear pipes.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the auxiliary heater rear pipes.

    2. Object Number: 280252 Size: SH
  2. Install the pipe retainers to the body.
  3. Connect the auxiliary heater rear pipes to the front pipes.
  4. Connect the auxiliary heater rear pipes to the heater core inlet and outlet tubes.
  5. Fill the cooling system with engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
  6. Ensure that no leaks exist in the cooling system.
