1. Disconnect the inoperative headlamp.
2. Turn the headlamp switch ON.
3. Connect a test lampJ 35616-200 from CKT 11 (LT GRN) at the RH headlamp to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 4

Connect a test lamp from CKT 11 (LT GRN) at the LH headlamp to CKT 350 (BLK).

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Repair open in CKT 11 (LT GRN) between headlamp and S106.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Headlight System Check

Replace the headlamp Sealed Beam Headlamp Replacement Headlamp Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

--

Repair open in CKT 350 (BLK) between headlamp and S100.
