Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2003 🢒 Astro - 4WD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Cooling 🢒 Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 4.3L.

    2. Object Number: 48314 Size: SH
  2. Remove the upper fan shroud bolts.
  3. Remove the upper fan shroud.
  4. Release the lower fan shroud clips.
  5. Remove the lower fan shroud.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 48314 Size: SH
  1. Install the lower fan shroud.
  2. Install the upper fan shroud.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the upper shroud bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

  4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 4.3L.
