    Object Number: 387769 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine coolant temperature sensor, if applicable.

    2. Object Number: 387767 Size: SH
  2. Remove the engine coolant temperature gage sensor, if applicable.

    3. Object Number: 328582 Size: SH
  3. Remove the spark plugs.

    4. Object Number: 328588 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolts and the spark plug wire support.

    5. Object Number: 480533 Size: SH
  5. Remove the cylinder head bolts and discard.

    6. Object Number: 480536 Size: SH

    Notice: After removal, place the cylinder head on 2 wood blocks in order to prevent damage to the sealing surfaces.

  6. Remove the cylinder head.

    7. Object Number: 334299 Size: SH
  7. Remove and discard the cylinder head gasket.

    8. Object Number: 330548 Size: SH
  8. Remove the cylinder head locator dowel pins, if required.
