Sliding Side Door Effort (Install Retainer)

Condition
Some customers may comment that the sliding side door is hard to open.
Cause
The door trim panel may be contacting the primary seal in the lower corner.
Correction
- With the door closed, measure (2 in) up from the perimeter of the carpet and (1 in) from the back of the edge of the carpet.
- Drill a 7 mm (1/4 in) hole in the lower corner of the trim.
- Install the retainer.
