Some late built 2004 Chevrolet Avalanches received an over-charge of refrigerant in the air conditioning system. Should a customer indicate that the air conditioning is providing insufficient cooling and you find that the compressor is cycling rapidly, evacuate and recharge the refrigerant system as outlined in SI Document 820665.
