Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the cluster bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    2. Object Number: 854851 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screws (1).
  3. Pull out the radio assembly slightly in other to gain access to the connectors.
  4. Disconnect the wire connectors.
  5. Disconnect the coaxial cable from the radio.
  6. Remove the radio assembly from the I/P.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 854851 Size: SH
  1. Connect the coaxial cable to the radio.
  2. Connect the wire connectors.
  3. Push in the radio assembly in the opening in order to install the screws.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the screws (1).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N·m (14 lb in).

  5. Install the cluster bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  6. Perform the radio setup , if equipped with UM8. Refer to Radio Setup .

    7. Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) in Programming for all other audio system configurations for setup.
