Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

    2. Object Number: 810854 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screws (3) from the air distribution duct (1).
  3. Remove the air distribution duct (1) from the I/P trim panel (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 810854 Size: SH
  1. Install the air distribution duct (1) to the I/P trim panel (2).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the screws (3) to the air distribution duct (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the I/P trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
