This PI is being created to add models. lease discard PIT3581.
The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Navigation radio defaults to FM1 after the CD is ejected while listening to any band. Example, If the listener was playing an XM station and they switch to listen to a CD, if the CD is ejected the radio will not go back to the XM station it will default
to the FM1 band.
Recommendation/Instructions:
This is a normal operating characteristic and no repairs are to be made.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
