Rear Brake Shield Replacement for Chevrolet Avalanche - 4WD 2008

Caution: Refer to Brake Dust Caution in the Preface section.

1. Remove the park brake backing plate. Refer to Rear Parking Brake Anchor Backing Plate Replacement .
2. Remove the rear brake shield from the axle housing flange.

1. Install the rear brake shield to the axle housing flange.
2. Install the park brake backing plate. Refer to Rear Parking Brake Anchor Backing Plate Replacement .
