Preliminary Procedures Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling . Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement . Remove the air cleaner resonator duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement . Disconnect the heater coolant pump electrical connector.
1	Heater Coolant Pump Procedure Using J 38185 reposition the heater hose clamps at pump. Special Tools J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
Remove the air cleaner resonator duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
Disconnect the heater coolant pump electrical connector.

Using J 38185 reposition the heater hose clamps at pump.
