Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1248358 Size: SH
  1. Remove the tie rod.
  2. Remove the rack bearing.

    3. Object Number: 1248360 Size: SH

    Important: Tap the shaft gently.

  3. Remove the pinion shaft ball bearing.

    4. Object Number: 1248361 Size: SH
  4. Remove the sir clip from the rack gear housing.

    5. Object Number: 1248362 Size: SH
  5. Remove the rack gear and stopper by pulling them.
  6. Remove the rack gear stopper.
