Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery.
  2. Remove the evaporator core. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 1910647 Size: SH
  3. Remove the intake sensor with the connector.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1910647 Size: SH

    Important: To achieve peak air conditioning performance the intake sensor should be located at column 8 and a height of 65mm.

  1. Install the intake sensor with the connector.

    2. Object Number: 1251975 Size: SH
  2. Install the evaporator core. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement.
  3. Connect the negative battery.
