Maintenance Schedule Europe

Normal Vehicle Use

These schedules are for vehicles that:

    • Carry passengers and cargo within recommended limits.
    • Are driven on reasonable road surfaces within legal driving limits.
    • Use the recommended fuel.

The services shown in this schedule up to 120 000 km (72,000 mi) should be performed after 120 000 km (72,000 mi) at the same intervals.

Footnotes

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or the California Air Resources Board has determined that the failure to perform this maintenance will not nullify the emission warranty or limit recall liability prior to the completion of the vehicles useful life. We, however, urge that all recommended maintenance services be performed at the indicated intervals and the maintenance be recorded.

(1) Inspect every 3 000 km (1,900 mi) and replenish engine oil. If the vehicle is operated under severe conditions: short distance driving, extensive idling or driving in dusty conditions, change engine oil every 5 000 km (3,100 mi) or 3 months, whichever comes first.

Maintenance Schedule Mexico

Normal Vehicle Use

These schedules apply to vehicles that are used in the following manner:

    • Carry passengers and cargo within recommended limits.
    • Are driven on reasonable road surfaces within legal driving limits.

The services shown in this schedule should continue to be performed at the same intervals after 100,000 km (60,000 mi).

Footnotes

(1) Change the engine oil and the oil filter every 5,000 km (3,000 mi) or every 3 months, whichever comes first, if the vehicle is operated under any of the following conditions:

    • Short distance driving.
    • Extensive idling.
    • Driving on dusty roads.

(2) Inspect the air cleaner element every 5,000 km (3,000 miles) or 3 months if driving on dusty roads. If necessary, correct, clean or replace.
